Notes from Mark

Notes from Mark

The last week before Christmas. Most of the parties are done and for me the stress events have mostly passed. Personally I can relax just a bit and focus more on Christmas itself. I look forward to getting presents for everyone. I look forward to spending time with Beth. I am looking forward to seeing my kids and grandkid. I look forward to the laughter and joy of being around one another. I am grateful for all the gifts I have been blessed with in family, friends, church home, material blessings, you get the idea. All of this is a constant reminder to me of the Gift God sent to earth in the form of Jesus Christ. I do not take my family and friends for granted and I don’t take the love of my Savior for granted as well. I truly enjoy thinking about what Christ has done for me and celebrating the life I have in Him and Him alone. This year celebrate with a full heart all that God has done for you. The hurts of life may be fresh and new and it may not be your most joyous time but as believers we can still take time to express our joy, adoration and love to a Savior whose love compels us.

O Come let us adore Him
O Come let us adore Him
O Come let us adore Him
Christ the Lord!

Merry Christmas!
