Endless Summer (Explained)

Endless Summer (Explained)

You have seen the promotional info (Hopefully) around the church and on social media for the Youth Ministry’s “Endless Summer”. So what do we mean by this? We had planned for this summer to not only be one that students go through but one that would be an ongoing mission of their lives. We have adopted 3 verses to help us with this.

Sand – Psalm 139:17–18 “How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! If I would count them, they are more than the sand. I awake, and I am still with you.” (ESV)

Shades – 1 John 1:7 “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with on another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin.” (ESV)

Sandals – Romans 10:15 “And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!” (ESV)

This summer we want students and also our church to be apart of an Endless Summer that continues on, not only through our loves, but through eternity. And also, to take as many people with us on this adventure as we can.
