There are so many times that we can RENEW our lives. Living in Weatherford we get a built-in startup every August as we begin new school years with so many new students. We do it again in May as student graduate and begin new careers whether they stay in Wford or move away. In just a few day we begin a New Year with New Opportunities, New Challenges and New Victories both personally and for us as a church. Every year we can set resolutions or we can “be renewed in the spirit” (Eph 2:23). Allow yourself to remember when you put on a new self within the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
Ephesians 4:22-24
to put off your old self, which belongs to your former manner of life and is corrupt through deceitful desires, 23 and to be renewed in the spirit of your minds, 24 and to put on the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness.
