Wow! It was different at EBC Sunday! Different location, different look, different feel, sanctuary is EMPTY. It is just different. Yet in our time of worshiping together the Spirit was the same. The praise was the same, for our God does not change. This was a great reminder that no matter our situation that our God is faithful to His Word always. I am so thankful for the help and “will do” attitude that our members have given and displayed during this time. If you haven’t yet, invite a friend or a member you haven’t seen in awhile to be with us.
During this season of Thanksgiving take time to note the times you have sensed God working in your life this past year. In those times that were good and those times where you were (are) hurting, give God the glory and praise. His promises are true and He will not fail you – ever.
We will have our Children Bring Christmas/ Hanging Of The Green service on Sunday morning December 9. This will be our first Sunday in the sanctuary after the renovation. It will be a beautiful and exciting time. Make every effort to be there.
So we must not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up. Therefore, as we have opportunity, we must work for the good of all, especially for those who belong to the household of faith. Galatians 6:9-10
