Today is day 16 of my Soulcon Challenge. I have found that my 2 biggest struggles in this endeavor are
eating regularly though the day. It is not at all uncommon for me to skip breakfast and lunch and then
my dinner is usually late right before bed followed by a snack before bed. The second struggle has
been drinking enough water, once again I have seen myself go through a whole day and drink 1 cup of
coffee in the morning and maybe 1 glass of sweet tea for diner.

How many days have I went though my walk with Christ without any sense of daily regularity for
prayer, bible study, fellowship with other believers or sharing the love of my savior with another
person. These disciples don’t just happen.

1 Timothy 4:6-8
[6] If you put these things before the brothers, you will be a good servant of Christ Jesus, being trained in the words of the faith and of the good doctrine that you have followed. [7] Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; [8] for while bodily training is of some value,
godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come. (ESV)
