It was a good week at camp. All told we took 79 campers – 68 children and 11 adults. There were some interesting moments as well as funny ones and others that will stay with us forever. New friends were made and old friendships were strengthened. We worshiped together and shared God’s Word with one another. We had many children come forward at the invitation with questions of all kinds. Some renewed their faith, others needed someone to pray with and for them and 5 of our campers invited Christ into their lives! An incredible week. Thank you EBC for your generous support monetarily and in prayer. You truly had a hand in reaching others with the salvation story.
Between VBS and Camp we have over 20 children to visit with about their decisions. Please be in prayer for these children and their families. It is my prayer that in some of these homes that we will reach mom and dad with the Gospel as well.
If you can this Sunday July 1, we will stay at the church following the AM service and begin painting our basement area. I hope you are able to stay and help. Bring a roller and your “best” painting clothes! We are also seeking to replace the flooring downstairs, if you would like to give to this project please note that on your donation.
