We had over 120 children enrolled with about 60 workers, helpers, leaders and teachers, which makes a total enrollment of 183! Thank you Robyn Antwine for being our VBS Director. Thank you to each worker, leader, helper and teacher, this could not be done without the help of each one. Thank you Emmanuel Baptist Church for your support of VBS. I was so pleased and proud at Family Night as our church members were making it a pointed effort to talk with those families who were not a part of our church family. Thank you for being Christ to those people. That is what it is going to take for us to grow is reaching out to all people every time we have an opportunity.
During VBS 10 children made a decision with 5 of those professions of faith and 2 wanting to follow through in baptism. Three children were asking questions and seeking answers. That is answered prayer, to God be all glory!
When you read this we will be down at Pre-Teen Camp. Please keep us in your prayers that God will continue to move in our group. At this time we have 61 children and 10 sponsors going. It is promising to be a great week!
