As we have been getting ready for our Connection Sunday: Party @ The Park. We have been designing, ordering and preparing publicity. We have been getting signs, banners, business cards and door hangers all ready for us as a church family to show love to Weatherford. Not only that, on the biggest banners that we ordered we wanted to make sure that we could reuse them so we talked and discussed about what should we put on this banner. In the past we have had banners that said Emmanuel Baptist Church, and that does tell people who we are but we wanted something that would convey what we are about. The same idea that we are called to be Salt and Light of the world, we want to be sure that Weatherford knows that EBC LOVES WEATHERFORD and we would then demonstrate that love as in

Matthew 5:16, “In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” (ESV)
